Food Services
Food Services is responsible for serving up nutritious meals for WDC students. More than 159,000 lunches and 135,000 breakfasts are served each school year.
Healthy meals feed eager minds. That’s why WDC staff follows an “enhanced food base” program when planning meals. They make sure meals contain a certain amount of fruits, vegetables, grains and proteins, as well as offering a variety of texture and color.
Students use their PIN (personal identification number) as their lunch debit card to purchase breakfast, lunch and food items once money is deposited into their account. Families can deposit money in their child’s meal account by sending a check with their child to school or by logging into your JMC Family account and depositing funds electronically.
Families are also encouraged to complete the Application for Educational Benefits each year. Applications are available by clicking on the link below, logging into your JMC Family account or by contacting Sue Motzko.
