BPA members qualify for state
Wadena-Deer Creek’s chapter of Business Professionals of America (BPA) had nine members participate in the Region 6 contest, Jan. 29 at the Detroit Lakes M|State campus.
Seven students qualified for the state competition: Brandee Bly, Paige Hartman, Austin Hendershot, Marissa Jahnke, Elise Kallevig, Anna Kraemer and Ashley Peters. The state competition is March 6-8 in Minneapolis. WDC Business/Marketing instructor Nancy Peterson serves as BPA advisor.

Paige Hartman** - Legal Office Procedures and Advanced Office Systems, both 1st place.
Austin Hendershot* - Keyboarding Production, 1st.
