Bid Information for Student-Built House

Wadena-Deer Creek High School’s construction class is selling their student-built house located on Community Center Drive behind the high school. If you are interested in submitting an offer, download the packet below. Copies also available in the District Office. For more information, contact Mike Shrode or Supt. Lee Westrum. Bring all shoes in fairly good shape — MINUS FLIP FLOPS! — to the high school or the elementary office and place in tote, May 20-25. WDC students Kennedy and Lauryn Gravelle are collecting shoes for Lutheran Island Camp. You can visit the Lutheran Island Facebook page and read about the shoe donation drive. Again ALL shoes — minus flip flops. The Gravelle sisters say THANK YOU!😊👞

Does your child need an educational boost this summer?

Academic Boosters helps WDC students in grades 1-8 learn and maintain reading, writing, math and social skills. There's no cost and students receive free breakfast and lunch through the WDC Summer Foods Program. The classes are held at the middle/high school. Lead teachers are Kendra Schultz (grades 1-4), Zach Martin (grades 5/6) and Kyle Petermeier (grades 7/8).

There’s still time to register for Summer Rec: From baseball to archery, to snack camps and Lego Robotics, there’s something for every kid, 18 and under, this summer at Wadena Summer Rec.

WDC Middle/High School Indoor Track HOURS: M-F: 6am-7:30am and 3:15pm to 9pm. Nine times around the track equals 1 mile. The public is invited to enjoy our indoor track, free of charge. There may be days it is closed due to games, tournaments or cleaning.
