The mission of public education in Minnesota, a system for lifelong learning, is to ensure individual academic achievement, an informed community and a highly productive workforce. Throughout each school year, Wadena-Deer Creek Public Schools use many different means in an attempt to keep you informed of the business of educating our young people. One such means is the “Annual Report on Curriculum, Instruction and Student Performance.” By Oct. 1 of each year, the WDC School Board, using standard statewide reporting procedures developed by the Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Education, produces and adopts this annual report.
